The idea was born from a simple frustration: our grandparents have incredible stories, but they live far away, speak a different language, and would never learn to use a complicated app. So we designed WisTree around the one tool they already use every day — WhatsApp. An elder simply saves a number, sends a voice note in their own language, and WisTree handles the rest. Our AI transcribes the audio, translates it to English, tags it with themes and eras, and files it into a shared family library — all automatically. No new apps to learn. No screens to navigate. Just press record and talk.
WisTree is for families spread across cities, countries, and continents who want their children to grow up knowing where they come from.
